At Alpina Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid insured shipping label.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Secure Shipment

  Affix the prepaid label to the outer shipping carton and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the return at our service center, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
